Living Heritage Shows - Assessment Success

The launch of the Living Heritage and Mullenscote Gundogs Training Awards are proving to be a real hit with dog owners at this year’s series of Living Heritage Country shows. Owners of Companion and Gundogs are able to take part in training classes and enter themselves and their dogs to be assessed in the Mullenscote Dog Training Arena at shows around the country.

“It’s been fantastic, we have had everything from a West Highland Terrier, a Greyhound an Italian Spinone and of course numerous Labradors and Spaniels join us in our training classes. Owners then have the option to put themselves and their dogs up for assessment either as a Companion Dog or for the Gundog Award, which contains the same levels of obedience, but with two seen retrieves in the assessment”, aays Mullenscote Trainer Howard Kirby.
